The 19 year old model was hosting the Victoria's Secret Pink Ultimate Spring Break Bash in Miami with boyfriend and Australian musician Cody Simpson when the video surfaced online.
The video uploaded on Cody Simpson's snapschat account shows the pair partying and dancing to the music, while one frame has the model bent over the counter seemingly snorting a substance.
