I decided to bring it back to a mani I did last year and recreate it with the new Stella Chroma Desert Scapes collection which is releasing 5/29. I love simple nail art designs and this collection really warranted art to show them off! I used four out of five colors for this look and I am actually currently still wearing them! It's fun and summery and I dig it! Also, meet my shorties. My right hand is all broken and I just decided to give them all the chop!

I started with a base of a stark white creme. I really wanted the colors to pop off the base so I chose a bright white polish! I chose to use Desert Turquoise, Cactus Bloom, Pueblo, and Big Sky for this look. I left off Prickly Pear (the purple holo) for this particular look because I only wanted one darker color. This is one of those anyone can do it looks. You really can't mess it up! First, I did a dry brush look featuring the lighter colors: Desert Turquoise, Pueblo, and Cactus Bloom. The dry brush look is so easy; you literally swipe off as much polish as possible and drag it onto your nail. As you can see, I went in different directions.
Then I used Big Sky, the blue creme. I did a very light dry brush and then added random patches of dots. This actually really brings the look together! I love how it came together.

The Desert Scapes collection will release Friday, May 29 at noon EST. The full collection will be available at a discounted price of $54 for two weeks after release.
